We process the data you provide through the website's contact forms: name, email, phone (optional), the characteristics of the vehicle you are looking for, your budget and any other information you include in your message.

Data submitted through either of the two contact forms —the full import request form and the simple question form— is processed for the same purpose: to handle and manage your request or question, reply to you and, where applicable, prepare the service you have requested.

No profiling or automated decision-making is carried out with your data.

The legal basis for processing is your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the acceptance box in either form. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you go on to hire our services, subsequent processing will be based on the performance of the contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).

We will keep your data while we handle your request. If no contractual relationship is established, we will delete or anonymise it when it is no longer necessary to keep it. If a contractual relationship exists, we will retain it for the periods required by applicable legal obligations.

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required or when necessary to provide the service you request (for example, carriers or registration agents), always with your prior knowledge.

We use Vercel for hosting and web analytics, and Resend to send contact-form emails. These providers act as data processors when they process data on our behalf. Resend may store data and logs in the United States, so an international transfer may take place; the safeguards required by data protection law and the provider's agreements apply.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacto​@​ral-solutions​.​com and stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
