The process
From the search to your front door.

Search
We define the car you want together and find matching options.

Inspection
We review paperwork, history and condition of every candidate before moving forward.
- 03
Negotiation
We talk to the seller, clarify questions and negotiate terms with your approval.

Purchase in your name
The vehicle is bought in your name, invoiced directly by the seller. You pay the seller.
- 05
Transport
We arrange collection at the origin and safe transport to Spain.
- 06
Spanish paperwork
ITV, taxes and registration: we handle all the paperwork required.

Home delivery
Your car arrives at your home, registered and ready to drive.
Payments
How payments work.
We clearly separate what you pay RAL for our services from what you pay the seller for the vehicle.

Three payments to RAL
Our services are paid in three instalments, each tied to a milestone in the process. Before we start, we detail in writing what each one covers.
- 02
Seller payments, directly and in your name
You pay for the vehicle directly to the dealer or seller, in your own name. That money never goes through RAL.
- 03
RAL never advances money
We never front funds on your behalf. You make each payment yourself when it is due, with the information we provide.
- 04
Settlement on delivery
When the vehicle is delivered, the final invoice is settled. If what you have paid exceeds the actual cost, we refund the difference; if it is lower, the difference is charged.
Transparency above all.
Before you commit, you will know the full process, the payments and what each stage includes. If anything changes during the operation, we tell you before taking any step.
